The Internet, which consists of a huge network of computers, has enabled people from all over the world with Internet connection, to exchange information and even do businesses. It has created new business opportunities, as well as new ways to acquire knowledge.

However, wonderful as the Internet is, it can be perilous as well. In these days, there are rampant malware, viruses and security flaws in systems. Major software companies are taking security issues very seriously these days. Microsoft have just recently launched a new operating system, Windows Vista, which took them 5 years to rewrite the entire operating system in an attempt to build a more secure platform.

Even though major software companies have done their part in building secure software, it also takes educating end-users with security knowledge. Many security flaws are human related.

Therefore, in this website, I will like to do my part as a technical software guy, to regularly share some security tips and updates, showing you how you can protect yourself as well as your business (if you are a business owner) from a computer security pespective.
